SHIPMENT TIMES
Orders paid for by credit card, PayPal, money order, cashier's check, certified check, and COD orders, are shipped ASAP. However, we reserve the right to hold an order accompanied by personal or company check until after the check clears the banks, as indicated on our monthly bank statement.

CLAIMS
All claims for missing items or items that have arrived with  external damage due to mishandling in shipment must be made within 10 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping and handling costs on some USA orders and orders outside the USA are our actual shipping cost (except for the $5.00 UPS Ground "flat rate" (when in effect), which is less than our cost). Orders under $15.00 are charged a low order handling fee of $5.00

All prices are in US dollars.

Comtech Research reserves the right to limit quantities; make changes in prices, designs, specifications, and documentation; or discontinue models, without incurring obligation.

Especially with regard to the quotes from other sources: information herein is not guaranteed to be correct and up-to-date, and is listed solely for informational purposes. The two-year limited warranty applies to the specified products sold on and after May 9, 2003.

The five-year limited warranty on IG-133-series models applies these units sold on and after May 5, 2005.

Jurisdiction

The laws of the State of Missouri shall govern these terms. Should there be any legal dispute between you and Comtech Research, then you agree to take the matter before arbitration/mediation in Lawrence County, Missouri should Comtech Research LLC request arbitration/mediation in lieu of formal legal process. The sole legal venue for all disputes shall be in the courts of Lawrence County in the State of Missouri.
